Three months, in the bag! We're now 25% of the way through this year-long endeavor.
Steve closed out March with two days of "heavy" stretching, about 40 minutes each day. He's feeling much better, and promises to go to the gym tomorrow, no fooling. I rode the bike for 45 minutes yesterday, and this morning, I did 40 minutes of core work, lunges, push-ups, and sun salutations. I have been feeling like illness is imminent, but am still okay - fingers crossed I stay that way!
